Change another user's permissions

Admin users can change other users' permissions for their account.

  1. Click Users in the left sidebar.
  2. Find the relevant user in the users table.
  3. Click the three dots icon for the user.
  4. Click the Configure option.
  5. You will be taken to the user’s details page.
  6. Click Change Account Type.
  7. Select the account type you would like to apply for the user.
  8. Click Save Changes.

Note: Users can only edit the permissions of other users who have the same or ‘lower’ permissions than them. For example, an Admin user cannot change an Owner user.
