Change your password

You can change your own password within Robin AI. To update your password:

1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
2. You will be taken to your personal settings page.
3. Click Change Password.
4. Enter your old password.
5. Enter a new password. Robin AI has strict password standards. Your password must contain 10 or more characters, including at least one number. Your password also cannot be entirely numeric. You also cannot use commonly used passwords such as “password”.
6. Enter the same password again to confirm it.
7. Click Save Changes.
