Clause Compare

After using our search tool to query your contracts, you can identify a specific clause of interest to explore. Robin AI's Clause Compare feature will show you the most common wordings of the clause in question. You can also view redline differences between the standard wording and any other variations. You can generate a report of all unique clause wordings, their frequency, and which parties agreed to them.

To do this, follow these simple steps:

1. Run a query with a set of filters.
2. Click on the label that corresponds to the clause you are interested in on the left-hand side.
3. Click the "Compare Clause" button to view the "redline" differences between the standard wording, or the most commonly used wording, and any other variations of the clause.
4. To download a report, click the "Export" button.
