Reset another user's password

Admin and Owner users can reset the password for other users in the Robin AI account. This is useful in case another user has forgotten their password and doesn’t know how to reset it themselves.

To change another user’s password:

1. Click Users in the left sidebar.
2. Find the relevant user in the users table.
3. Click the three dots icon for the user.
4. Click the Configure option.
5. Click Reset Password.
6. The user will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
