Forgot your Robin AI password? Don’t worry, it happens. Follow these steps to reset your password.
- On the Robin AI login page, click Forgot password.
- Enter the email address for your Robin AI account.
- We will send you an email with a link to set a new password.
- Click the Reset Password button in the email we’ve sent you.
- You will be taken to the password reset page.
- Enter a new password. Robin AI has strict password standards. Your password must contain 10 or more characters, including at least one number. Your password also cannot be entirely numeric. You also cannot use commonly used passwords such as "password".
- Enter the same password again to confirm it.
- Click Change password.
- Your password has now been changed.
