Robin AI’s Review module allows you to review and mark up contracts under negotiation. To get started marking up a contact using Review:
- Access the Review module at app.robinai.co.uk/review. You can also access this module by clicking the dropdown menu in the top left of the header and selecting Review.
- Click the Upload Contract button in the page header.
- You will see a contract upload modal. Click the Browse Local Files button.
- Select the contract you would like to upload from your computer. Review only supports .docx files.
- Enter a Name for the contract. Review automatically uses the name of the file that was uploaded but this can be edited.
- Select the Type for the contract (For example, “NDA” or “Supplier Agreement”).
- Select a Playbook for the contract.
- Click Save Changes.
Your contract is now fully uploaded. It might take a few seconds for Robin AI to fully process the contract and apply labels to the contract’s clauses using our machine learning algorithm. You will not be able to open the contract until we’ve added the finishing touches to your contract. Once that’s done, we’ll enable the contract and you’ll be able to review the contract!
