Setting up your account

An admin user for your account can invite you to set up a new user for your account.

  1. You will receive an email with an invitation to sign up from account@robinai.co.uk. If you have not received an email, check your junk folder.
  2. Click the Start Registration Process button in the invitation email.
  3. You will be taken to a registration page.
  4. Enter your first and last name.
  5. Enter a password. Robin AI has strict password standards. Your password must contain 10 or more characters, including at least one number. Your password also cannot be entirely numeric. You also cannot use commonly used passwords such as “password”.
  6. Enter the same password again to confirm it.
  7. Click Join Robin.
  8. You will then be taken to a page to set up two-factor authentication. We at Robin AI take security very seriously, and require all users to use two-factor authentication. We use a third party authentication app (as opposed to SMS) as our preferred two-factor authentication solution. You will need to install an Authenticator app on your mobile phone, if you do not already have one. We recommend using Google Authenticator (Download the app here for Android and Apple).
  9. Once you’ve installed an authenticator app, open the app and tap the + button.
  10. Tap Scan a QR Code.
  11. Hold the camera up to the QR code displayed on Robin AI. Your phone will automatically recognise the QR code.
  12. Enter the latest six-digit code generated by your authenticator app into the Authentication Code field within Robin AI. Note that these codes are regenerated every few seconds, so make sure you enter the most recently generated code.
  13. Click Join Robin.
  14. You will be taken to the Robin AI platform.
