You will need a username to access Robin AI. Someone from your team account will need to invite you in order to get started.
To log in, follow these steps:
- Go to https://app.robinai.co.uk.
- Enter your Robin AI username (HINT: Usernames are always an email address).
- Enter your password. Forgot your password? Follow these steps.
- Click Login.
- You will be taken to the two-factor authentication page. Enter the six-digit code generated by your Authenticator app. For more info on two-factor authentication, read this.
- You will be taken to the Robin AI platform.
